  • Personal information you provide us with will be used by us for the purpose of considering your suitability to work for us
  • iSupply Energy is part of the Vattenfall Group and we may share your information with other companies in the Group who are based in Europe for leadership reporting purposes and for receiving administration, management and legal support
  • We may share your personal information during the recruitment process and obtain information about you from credit reference agencies and other agencies who we might work with to carry out background checks e.g. if your role includes working with SMART Meters through EBS integrated with the DCC: successful candidates will be subject to BS:7858 security checks.   • If you are unsuccessful we will only hold your personal information for 1 year from receipt of your application
  • If you are successful we will hold any personal information that you have given us under this process that is necessary in connection with your employment role and we will use that personal information in accordance with our Employees, Workers and Contractors Privacy Notice, which will issue you when you join us

  • We have appointed a Data Protection Officer who is responsible for overseeing questions in relation to our use of your personal information
